Job Title – Customer Service Manager Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest levels of collaboration between all teams responsible for Service Delivery (Production, Distribution, Finance Sales and Customer Service agents),
  • Continuously upgrade the Customer Service / Account Management Process and use of CRM. Where possible utilize technology to automate processes,
  • Monitor E-commerce developments and contribute towards strategies that ensure that organization remains an innovative technology driven organization,

 

Educational requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience

 

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years managerial experience in the UAE (preferably in a E-commerce, Call Centre, Customer Service).

  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem – solving skills.
  • Decision – making ability.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Ability to motivate others.
