Digital Marketing Lead – Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all the digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain the social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience and the sales funnels
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Digital Marketing Lead – Requirements

• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Adobe Analytics etc.)
• Experience in running effective Social Media Ads
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Experience with Programmatic Advertising platforms
