Job – Chinese Digital Marketing Manager
content & Social Media | eMail, Newsletters & Blog Posts – Campaign Sending and Reporting |
All social channels – Regular updates on Analytics for social pages | |
Manage and oversee all the Chinese content on our digital assets and social pages – WeChat, Baidu, Weibo etc. | |
Social Media Listening – Monitoring all social media platforms for queries, doubts and feedback to maintain our Online Reputation (ORM) | |
Events/Webinars | Plan and manage Chinese webinars and corporate events end to end including coordination with Panelists |
Core Services and Marketing Collaterals | Implement standardisation of presentation templates, updating flyers and brochures for all service verticals in Chinese |
Digital Marketing (Core activities) | Plan and execute the digital marketing strategy for all products and services in China and UAE (for the Chinese audience) |
Measure ROI and KPIs on a regular basis – organic and paid channels | |
Effective monitoring and tracking of the digital marketing budget allocated | |
Digital Know-how | Stay up to speed with the latest technology and best practices |
Drive in-sourcing of tools and services to enable an increase in leads month on month. All activities including SEO and SEM to be managed independently | |
Competition Tracking (Big 4 and others) | Drive activities for improving the quality of online content |
Research competitors and provide practical suggestions for improvement | |
Quarterly competitor tracking reports |
This role reports to Director – Of marketing
Requirement: This vacancy is to be filled on an urgent basis
Salary: Salary no bar for the right candidate
All about you (the candidate)
- *Native Chinese
- *Skilled and experienced in Digital Marketing (between 3 – 5 years of full time work experience)
- *Proven ability to leverage multiple sources of data to identify insights
- *Experience in negotiating with internal stakeholders to design creative content that drives value and delivers on partnership goals
- *Experience in performance marketing using a variety of digital channels and tools to drive business growth
- *Demonstrated ability in planning and executing marketing campaigns for China in previous roles
