Job – Digital Transformation Program Director

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities

  • One of our client is looking for Digital Transformation Program Director.
  • Manage and lead the Digital Transformation Program (DTP) by ensuring effective and timely delivery of all DTP projects and related strategic initiatives. Performing the role in accordance to best practices by promoting centre-of-excellence programme and project delivery methodologies; processes and tools.

Program Management

  • Confirm digital transformation principles are continuously aligned to company business strategic imperatives and monitor digital transformation masterplan to be on time and on budget as per program and project plan. Measure and Monitor digital KPIs providing periodic report to company Leadership.
  • Govern the Digital Transformation Roadmap and ensure value realization of all initiatives related to DTP in terms of confirming that each initiative has a positive return on investment with acceptable payback periods, as well as providing the expected value for company.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  • Direct and lead the effective implementation of company policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned DTP activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Guidance

  • Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and share knowledge with the team members within company to support their overall development.
  • Promote the organization’s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

Continuous Improvement

  • Manage and lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Reporting

  • Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have Minimum 12 years’ experience as a project /portfolio manager in complex environments with proven experience in project /program Management planning, directing and execution.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience to lead the team of portfolio or project managers.
