Job – DIRECTOR STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Job Description & Qualifications  :

  • Liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals on design and construction related.
  • Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.
  • Provide support to the Construction Supervison team and as a PMC representative to oversee the handover process of the contracts.
  • Liaise with Design Consultants and Contractors including review technical design and provide comments where applicable.
  • Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects etc.
  • Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions from all Stakeholders and follow up on the progress as required.
  • Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works
  • Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.
  • Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.
  • Inform the Team Leader of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
  • Participate in all site safety training and comply with all site safety protocols.
  • Provide all necessary on-site direction and work with PMC to team to complete the handover tasks.
  • Check and measure the performed work in his/her line of work, record and help the Team Leader to display progress vs programmed work.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree and/or post graduate qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 20 years related work experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in the GCC
