Job Purpose

Engineering design for – New Mold and press tools, tool modification, machine spares, Product analysis, product development, DFM, Quotations and project management
Functional Responsibilities

Mould & Tool designing and document control

Adhering to Project plans and delivery commitments

Interaction and coordination with other functions to ensure smooth functioning of the project

Responsible to maintain 5s and good housekeeping of the department

Regular review of short falls and take corrective actions

Conduct design reviews, product analysis reviews and DFM reviews

Interact with production and Tool assembly for technical issues

Technical quotation preparation
