Job – EVENT TOUR COORDINATOR

Job Description & Qualifications  :

Role and Responsibilities:

-Take full ownership of event planning and management process.

– Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

-Ensure events are completed smoothly and proactively step up to resolve any problems that might occur

– Evaluate the event’s success and prepare reports

– Ensure that all events are executed within the approved budget and established protocols

-Oversee the booking of appropriate event venues, contractors, and suppliers Ensure quality and protocol compliance across all events .

– Attend events and manage onsite team members

-Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments

-Coordinate all event related operations

-Assemble creative and innovative event attractions based on internal capabilities or outsources to qualified vendors.

Qualifications:

– Bachelors Degree or minimum of three years experience in hospitality industry related management

– Minimum of three years of demonstrable presenting skills

– Minimum of four years experience in a customer facing role.

Skills and Experience:

-Team player with leadership skills

– Proven results in planning / leading events

– Problem solving – Service oriented with professional presentation skills

– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

– Self-motivating, able to work both independently or as part of a team

– Excellent oral communication skills (Arabic an advantage but not a requirement)
