Job – Projects Planning Coordinator

Job Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities related to the assigned projects Work closely and efficiently with other project coordinators to ensure smooth and timely execution of necessary activities/ tasks.
  • Develop plans for all activities pertaining to all projects.
  • This includes mobilization and demobilization plans, vacation plans, projects delivery plans…etc Maintain and update records pertaining to each project Where necessary, prepare “Contract/Order Review Form” in consultation with Projects Manager and department manager Adhere and remain committed to the company’s QHSE, code of ethics and business conduct policies and to any related policies responsibilities as determined by the company and outlined in the Responsibilities section of the company’s Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Follow-up with clients for project team mobilization Receive schedules from client and update the work plan.
  • Provide the assigned inspectors all received documents from client which are necessary to perform the services Maintain CV / files/ Time sheets of project staff Monitor and update work schedule Register client complaints & appeal, actions – keep manager communicated.
  • Maintain Inspection reports, Certificates, equipment in-out records and Master List of External documents.
  • Review and understand the scope and limitation of VCS services in consultation with Projects Manager an Department Manager.
  • Where necessary, coordinate & communicate with other staff Perform other activities as assigned by manager


  • Education and Work Experience: Technical diploma or degree Relevant experience in projects functions.
  • Project Planning and execution knowledge and relevant application Reporting Skills and deadline-oriented Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Full understanding and working experience in projects Time Management
