Job Title -Finance Analyst Jobs in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities :

To work along side the Trojena finance and business planning team in order to deliver robust financial modelling and associated reporting.
Accountable to the Director of business planning and strategy on all deliverables.

To support the Senior business planning manager in order to meet set objectives as well as on demand analysis and reporting.

Undertake project wide financial modelling covering the investment, development and operational phase.
Produce and manage financial models on excel to facilitate business planning and budgeting as well as recurring reforecasting.

Working closely with finance team and development team to produce and maintain budgets.
Produce and manage financial models including P&L, Balance Sheets and Cashflow forecasts.
Produce and manage financial models in order to determine funding requirements.

Undertake scenario analysis on an on going basis for all of Trojena as well as at an asset level.
Produce recurring and on-demand reporting from the financial model, including financial dashboards covering cashflow P&L and balance sheet.
Produce recurring and on-demand reporting covering funding analysis.

Working alongside other finance team members to monitor loan facilities and compliance
Work alongside Development Managers on Development Feasibilities for specific assets.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in an account-related discipline

Experience requirements:

Advanced Excel skills to enable financial modeling, stable and demonstrable experience covering 3-5 years at least.

Desired Skills:

Ability to work independently and proactively
Ideally, real estate development or investment background.
