Job – Graduate Master Planner – UAE Nationals

Job Responsibilities:

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Assist in the preparation of land use plans and development policies for master planning and other urban
• development and governance projects.
• Assist in the preparation of zoning and development control regulations, guidelines, processes and
• procedures.
• Compile and analyze factors affecting land use and community development including economic, socio-
• demographic, legal, political, cultural, physical and environmental.
• Respond to regulatory requirements for development planning approvals and non-objection certificates.
• Coordinate with other disciplines involved in master planning or other urban development and governance
• projects.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of urban plans and reports to clients and regulators.
