Job – I.T. System and Network Engineer

Job Description :

Organization IT Infrastructure:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners including parts replacement.

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades & software updates.

• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.

• Test, evaluate, and provide support for decision making about new technology for the business.

• Repairing computer problems and removing viruses including performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques

• Record events, support calls and problems and their resolution in logs ensuring response within agreed time limits

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with software or hardware, including account setup and network configuration and password problems.

• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

• Test and evaluate new technology, as and when required.

• Recommending appropriate hardware, software and systems

• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

• Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Social Media Support:

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns on Website and social media Pages

• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization

• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

• Develop and implement link building strategy

• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices and content programming

• Make changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

• Photo & Video Editing as and when required

Software & Development Support:

• • Implementing Front End Tools by ensuring Data management system works as per business requirements between Focus and Power BI

• SQL management for Power BI & Focus

• Data warehouse designing, implementation and deployment

• Evaluate and supervise Power BI data workflow

• MS365 implementation across the group

Job Qualifications:

Eligibility

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Basic Certifications are preferred.

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in multi-cultural international organizations

• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, phone systems, CCTV, information analysis.

• Working knowledge of social media, ERP software and Front-End tools.

• Project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

• Exposure to IT infrastructure, operations best practices, data center management and data governance

• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

Experience:
