Basic Requirements

• Education:- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or any Computer related course
• Total Experience:- 4-6 years
• GCC Experience:- At least 2 years of work experience
• Gender:- Male
• Age:- Between 25 – 30 years old
• Nationality:- Any

Qualifications

• Knowledge in the installation and configuration of computer operating systems and applications.
• Knowledge in technical support, database system, network environment and configuration.
• Knowledge in installation and repair of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT security systems and e-mail system.
• Knowledge of ERP system.

Job Description

• To provide technical support and expertise in the maintenance of the server, workstations, network devices, IT peripherals and other communications equipment of the company through installation, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
