Job – IT Systems and Network Engineer

Job Description :

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners including parts replacement.

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades & software updates.

• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.

• Test, evaluate, and provide support for decision making about new technology for the business.

• Repairing computer problems and removing viruses including performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques

• Record events, support calls and problems and their resolution in logs ensuring response within agreed time limits • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with software or hardware, including account setup and network configuration and password problems.

• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

• Test and evaluate new technology, as and when required.

• Recommending appropriate hardware, software and systems

• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

• Preserve assets, information security and control structures Social Media Support:

Job Qualifications:
