Job Title – Director – Electrical Distribution Network Operator Jobs in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

M&A, Commercial, Risk, and Project Management

Lead the acquisition and integration (to an extent relevant) of the acquired distribution assets and the related processes and systems including leading due diligence;
Led negotiation of the Sale & Purchase Agreement and the Transition Services Agreement, including leading advisors; and
Take responsibility for overall project management of all aspects of the acquisition with a strong risk management focus.

Reg Affairs & Stakeholder Management
Lead engagement with relevant Saudi regulatory bodies and key stakeholders, including Saudi Electric Company
Be(come) familiar with regulatory affairs of Saudi Arabia in relation to electrical utility distribution and retail, including energy efficiency, environmental and planning laws

Transition and Transformation;
Lead the acquisition of SEC distribution assets and the ownership transfer to ENOWA
Lead the negotiation of the transition services agreement and its implementation, including clearly defining the scope of the transition services agreement

Oversee the transition services agreement throughout its duration, actively providing leadership and managing ENOWA’s risk profile
Lead the transformation of the acquired assets to the long-run BAU state
Network Operations, Maintenance, and Control.
