Job Title – International Sales Manager Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Plan:
  • Suggest the marketing strategy and sales plan for each client and country.
  • New Markets:
  • Open new international markets and find business opportunities
  • Sales Target:
  • Achieve the company’s sales target in the international market for total countries / products
  • Provide the production plan department with forecast client orders and follow up the availability of goods and the issuance of invoices with shipping.
  • Clearance and Documentation:
  • Provide the shipping department with all details related to the above subject and issue needed documents accordingly
  • Provide the clients with all certificates needed for clearance at his country.
  • Cost and Budget:
  • Budgeting for samples, business trips, international exhibitions, and marketing tools
  • Events:
  • Planning for invitations, client visits and participation of international exhibitions
  • Reporting:
  • Suggest the marketing strategy and sales plan for each client and country.
  • Provide the necessary reports regarding actual sales, commercial market, customers, products, and competitors.
  • HR Proficiency:
      • Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
      • Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
      • Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
      • Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.
      • Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.
      • Responsibility:
      • Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.
