Role Purpose:

• To lease any type of property. To provide various reports. To achieve or exceed set commission targets. To monitor the property aging and vacancy level.

Key Accountabilities of the role     

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet or exceed commission targets set by management.
• Inspect the available units which are managed by MPM and provide the required details for the marketing team to list the unit online.
• Inspect the available external units (unmanaged) and provide the required details for the marketing team to list the unit online.
• Receiving leads, greeting the potential customer, understanding the customer’s needs and inquiries, following up, and ensuring the customer is satisfied with our service.
• To carry out day-to-day functions of leasing in the responsible portfolio.
• Property viewings, estimate current market value for managing units.
• To compare the property with similar properties that have recently been leased in a particular project in order to determine the right current market value
• Advise clients on legal rights, market conditions, property valuations, and requirements on the particular property and discuss the circumstances of the nature of the transaction
• Be loyal to both parties, provide full info, and treat and handle rightfully
• Assess prospective tenants’ and landlords’ needs to better understand their needs and requirements
• Promote leasing of properties through our marketing channels, online portals, and web listings via coordinators.
• Deal with external sub-brokers to lease the units.
• Being available for daily viewings with potential tenants or landlords
• Monitoring the occupancy level of the assigned portfolio & units aging.
• Preparing reports for each property on a monthly basis and sharing any issues, which cause delays in the leasing process.
