Job Title – Logistics Coordinator (Project Oosterweel – Antwerp) Jobs in Antwerp, Belgium

Responsibilities:

Organization and follow-up access control ( Check-in@work / Limosa / A2 / VCA) => prepare road map during implementation
Follow-up of site fencing + construction of turnstiles, barriers and gates in response to site layout plan

Organization of warehouse operation (implementation of warehouse program / KPD financial program, linked to accounting program)
Drawing up office furnishing plans in function of office furnishing (takeover partners / projects and new office furnishing)
Organization logistics in buildings (office furnishing / refrigerators / coffee maker / water fountains / consumer and consumables)

Organization of site surveillance (mobile cameras / fixed cameras)
Organization of consumer goods and consumables (check orders for warehousemen and site management)
Organization of warehouse containers and lifting containers for site equipment

Site layout in general (arrangement of chain parks for workers + furnishing and organization of warehouses + warehouse operation)
General logistics and rental of small equipment

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or relevant work experience.

Experience requirements:

Experience in logistics within the construction sector / experience on civil projects is a plus.

Desired Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Dutch, with a basic knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office
