Job – Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

  • Assist the Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager and supporting the marketing team with activities pertaining to Social Media, Events, PR, Website, and Content Development.
  • Assist in managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and editorial content to ensure the content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Assist in writing and editing material materials including articles, client case studies, presentations, whitepapers and collateral. Proof-reading all marketing material.
  • Assist with customer testimonial case study writing/ Award submission/approvals process.
  • Assist with the production of marketing material and content both digital and print.
  • Assist in the management and updating of website
  • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
  • Press Release crafting and media relations. Draft monthly Newsletters
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing departments documentation, database, and content library.
  • Become a client expert for Marketing and Communication efforts- understanding client segments, profiles, and motivators.
  • Prepare bi-weekly reports and updated to track growth and success rates of campaign.
  • Monitor the media coverage and tonality progress on a monthly basis with benchmark against targets.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B PR and Communication.
  • Knowledge of Middle East Markets
  • Real Estate, Construction, and Contracting industry knowledge is a plus (B2B Marketing)
  • Understands the media industry
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM Software

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Written and oral skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong capability of messaging development
  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to self-direct
  • Ability to take initiative, employ good judgement, and manage projects from beginning to end
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
  • Exceptional ability to manage details
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various stakeholders through the lifecycle of projects.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Understand and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media and web/social media.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills (English/Arabic)
