Job Title – Influencer Marketing Manager Jobs in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

✓ Confidently lead nano, micro, and macro influencer campaigns.

✓ Manage, coach and mentor a team of Influencer Marketing Executives.
✓ Develop, implement and manage influencer marketing strategy to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives.
Have a strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment.

Own the growth of the influencer online communities and measure the success of every influencer marketing campaign by analysing, compiling and presenting relevant metrics and findings.
Execute front-line response and increase follower retention, conversion, engagement, and brand loyalty by proactively monitoring and engaging in online communities, which includes but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter.
Effectively manage campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard; communicating with social influencers and platform partners will be necessary, as well as internal communications, i.e., with the Creative and Digital Marketing teams.

Identify industry trends and best-practices by proactively monitoring the industry and share findings with the team.
Quick and has a nimble way of executing work and knowing when there is a sense of urgency to meet project needs.
Lead the weekly brainstorm sessions, internal meetings, processes and company-owned events.

Educational requirements:

BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design or related field.

Experience requirements:

5+ years of experience in influencer marketing preferably in an agency setting.

Proven work experience within social media and influencer marketing.
