Job Title – Officer-Human Resources Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Support all HR Functions. (DP + KHAZZAN)
Handle company online accounts: Ministry of Labour, GOSI, and Muqueem

Provide Employees MOL ID details for HR records.
Type & Update employment contracts
Ensure that the typed documents are accessible to all the employees as and when required.

Prepare the Arabic employment letters.
Monitor Attendance.
Handle Onboarding/Exit staff(Signing Joining Forms/ Cancelations)

Filing and maintaining all personal records for KSA office staff.
Follows day to day works and coordinate with PROs to ensure all requests are processed timely.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in handling company’s online accounts
Good English communications skills

Desired Skills:

Good communication skills.
Problem – solving skills.
Decision – making ability.

Commercial awareness.
Ability to motivate others.
Team working skills.

Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
