Job Title – HR & Training Executive Jobs in Kuwait

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs.
  • Oversee employment and recruitment of the region through maintaining relationships with universities and recruitment agencies to ensure recruitment of high calibre candidates.
  • Responsible for enhancing the communication between the management and the employees and ensure that all employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights.
  • Develop processes for employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Develop and improve company compensation and benefits.
  • Provides coaching and counselling for all teams in the region.
  • Implement manpower plans to project employment needs.
  • Implement performance management to ensure training gaps and succession planning are identified and actioned.
  • Identify talent employees to ensure they participate in programs to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Upgrade the knowledge and the capabilities of the HR calibre in his region.
  • Plan and Set the training budget to ensure meeting training needs of the employees and the organization.
  • Implement the HR Sustainability Key performance indicators.
  • Fulfil the GSO requirements and address all their concerns, and act as a Liaison between the Region and the GSO.
  • Set, develop and implement a Career Path for employees available in the region in coordination with the Country Manager and the local HR Manager.
  • Insure that HR strategies and objectives in the region are set, clear, communicated and implemented, in coordination with the HR Manager, and are in line with the corporate strategic business plan for the station and/or region.
  • Champion projects related to Human Resources as and when necessary.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field. 
  • English Proficiency 
  • Computer proficiency (MS Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook) 

     

  • Knowledge of local labour law

 

Experience requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in HR & Training Management role
