Job Title – Quality Control Administrator Jobs in Houston – Texas, USA

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and monitoring of corrective action plans.
Oversee the coordination of the GPS Binder program.
Manage the quality department communication and documentation.

Manage Company training related to QA/QC processes and systems.
Maintain controlled device periodic maintenance records and schedules using ERP software.
Maintain nonconformance reporting system.

Coordinate time reporting/management using ERP software.
Coordinate and validate invoices.
Attend or conduct meetings as department representative as required.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and third party inspectors.
Assist in department training, demonstrations and discussions.
Coordination with other business unit administrators.

Other duties as required.

Educational requirements:

Vocational/post-secondary education desired.

Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Adobe, SharePoint and Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP software desired.
Ability to read and understand drawings and other QA/QC documents is highly desired.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and commitments.
Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
A self-starter who can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.

Experience requirements:

2 – 4 years’ related work experience required.
