Quantity Surveyor – Job Description

• Preparing and analyzing castings/ BOQ’s
• Site visits along with the project engineers/supervisors for measurement and understanding the requirement of the customers.
• Preparing Prequalification Documents.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, bills of quantities.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Experiencing in Joinery fit-out / Furniture is a plus

Quantity Surveyor – Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree holder (BSc, BE, B Tech or equivalent).
• Overall 10 years of related experience, post-graduation.
• Minimum 7 years of Road and Infrastructure background.
• Any Nationality, Male candidates required.
• Work visa under Secondment, Freelance.
• Residing in Qatar.

With valid QID and can transfer the sponsorship
Must be ready to join immediately
