Quantity Surveyor – Job Description

• Material taking off from Approved Drawings, if required site inspection and site measurement.
• Sub-Contractor Progress invoice Evaluating and certification of Subcontractor invoices pertaining to all kinds of civil works, Mechanical works.
• Preparing Service requisition (RFQ) to float enquiry
• Preparing monthly budget forecast reports of all projects.
• Coordination with the Construction team, Engineering, Management, Subcontractor.
• Sub-contractor Administration.
• Preparing Rate analysis

Quantity Surveyor – Job Requirement

• B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• 5+ years in Fit-out project.
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Residing in Qatar.

With valid QID and can transfer the sponsorship
Must be ready to join immediately
