Job – Quantity Surveyor – Civil

Job Description:

• Calculate the quantities of detail drawing;
• Checking the settlements of Subcontractors;
• Translate&revise all kinds of commercial documents from English to Arabic or from Arabic to English(for example invoices etc)
• Communciate with Subcontractors for the daily Commercial issues;
• The bills of Subcontracts&settlements&payments&letters management and updating work;
• The other works arranged by Commercial Manager;
• EPC Contract Management,including EPC Contract decomposition and interpretation、organize staff to study the EPC Contract、EPC Ccontract Risk Management2、EPC Contract Risk Management、EPC Contract Settlement Management；
• Claim&Counterclaim Management,including Claim&Counterclaim Management for Owner and Subcontractors;
• Letter Management,including 1)incharge to check the output letter should be approved by Commercial department.
• incharge to draft and send the Commercial letter approved by Commercial Manager to other parties.
• incharge to build the letter Management record；
• Assist the Commercial Manager to communicate and negotiate wiht owner.
• Assist the Commercial Manager to handle the Legal dispute event;
• Translate&revise all kinds of commercial documents from English to Arabic or from Arabic to English(for example invoices etc)
• The other works arranged by Commercial Manager;
