About Enerflex

Job Title – Regional Branch Manager Jobs in Fort St. John – British Columbia, Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coaching to branch personnel through regular feedback, effective goal setting, and by providing motivation and development opportunities; conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Actively engage and support Enerflex HSE policies and practices and address all branch HSE responsibilities.
  • Determine and evaluate appropriate staffing levels and equipment requirements regularly.
  • Develop and coordinate long and short-term business plans and strategies in support of the overall business unit strategic objectives.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify opportunities to grow the business.
  • Manage relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Execute sales strategies and continuously provide feedback to the senior management team.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to assemble annual branch budget; manage Branch level operational budget with additional focus on labor utilization, parts inventories, branch warranty and policy adjustments.
  • Provide legendary customer service through effective and timely solutions and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling all Enerflex product lines.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Previous background in the Energy Services Business will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent Leadership capabilities with proven coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong communicator highly skilled in providing effective feedback and setting clear goals.
  • Foundational knowledge of financial management and income statements.
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter results oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literacy including competency related to MS-Windows based platforms. Experience with SAP considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and branch departments.
  • Analytical, prospecting, negotiating, and problem-solving skills a definite asset.
  • Flexible travel schedule with periodic overnight stays required.

 

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in a managerial role, directing and supervising staff.
