Job – Retail Store Manager

Job Description :

Plan, implement and monitor the overall outlet store strategy
Set goals and objectives for stores

Set up and monitor store KPIs; managed huge team in operations
Strong outlet commercial process (ocular inspection of the site, store layout, fit-outs, setting up plan in contacting suppliers, coordinating with different departments – HR for recruiting, marketing, procurement / warehouse to purchasing, pricing, store display etc.)
Knowledgeable on outlet commercials (discount, prices, deals, budget quotations)

Bring in new brands, directly deals with suppliers
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
Create reports for upper manager

Job Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience managing an outlet store / working as Area Sales Manager /Area Manager / Department Manager/ Boutique Manager
Key requirement must be coming from outlet background in fashion or must have worked in outlet
Male or female preferably English and Arabic / Russian speakers

Knowledgeable of UAE Market
Strong commercial awareness and acquiring a good network – desirable
Ability to implement successful marketing strategies such as SWOT analysis, etc.

Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not a must
