Job Title – SAP Analyst Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

Requisitioner (60%)
- Work with site planners to create Service and Material Requisitions in SAP.
- Order materials utilizing SAP to assure contract items are purchased with agreement pricing.
- Work with onsite and offsite Buyers to ensure Purchase Orders are created in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot SAP and BuySmart (by GEP) issues, ensuring feedback is provided to local users and agreement owners.

Invoicing SME (30%)
- Receive invoice concerns from vendors, contractors, or site personnel, and triage issues to determine root cause.
- Collaborate with various onsite and offsite parties to resolve identified issues.
- Identify sustainable solutions to ensure limited repeatability of issues.
- Proactively review pending invoice data to work through potential issues before they arise.

SAP SME (10%)
- Act as site SAP point of contact to offsite SAP owners.
- Manage and monitor access requests.
- Monitor work order partnering.
- Develop and distribute stewardship reports for inactive, overrun, and blanket work orders.

Educational requirements:

Prior working experience (preferably 2+ years) with SAP.
Demonstrated attention to detail.

Ability to coach and transfer knowledge to site users.
Ability to prioritize and work under consistent time pressures.
Ability to work with people from various backgrounds.

Ability to work overtime, as needed (e.g. shutdowns).

Experience requirements:

Prior working experience with Smart by GEP.

Knowledge of Requisition to Payment processes and systems (invoicing, SAP, etc.).
Ability to identify inefficient work processes and provide tangible and sustainable solutions.
Ability to analyze data and identify possible discrepancies.

Ability to make sound decisions based on previous experience, while understanding Controls boundaries.
Previous experience with interpreting contracts.
