Job Title – Senior Contract Specialist Jobs in Khobar , Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Oversees stakeholder management during all phases of the category management process.
Track and report active contracts utilizing in term of value and duration.

Oversees, track and report KPIs.
Reporting supplier performance metrics and track ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
Track vendor disputes and provides resolutions in conjunction with the Sourcing Manager and Legal team.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience using the “should cost” and other cost models to manage commercial negotiations and contracts.
Understands supply and demand market players and dynamics to manage initiative planning and execution.
Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.

Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients.
Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.

Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
Develop and implement effective contracts proposals.
Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.

Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
