Job Title – Contract Manager Jobs in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY TASK:-
- Creating standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal and external partners.
- Studying the requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulations.
- Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Researching business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts.
- Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
- Training, supervising, and managing the contract team.
- Maintaining, updating, and improving contractual records.
CORE TASK:-
- Managing and overseeing project progress in line with the budget
- Ensuring technical advice during the tendering stage
- Well versed with Pre & Post contract administration
- Able to contribute towards the project through value engineering
- Constant track of planned v/s actual budget and alarming management on deviations
- Extraordinary problem-solving ability
- Expert in formulating norms of contract documents
- Coordinating with client & consultants on various fronts
- Walk through supervision of projects to ensure project progress
Educational requirements:
- BE Civil
Experience requirements:
- More than 10+ Years
