Contract Manager Job Requirements
- Complete handling in pricing of BOQ, Estimation of project cost and submission of tender documents for bidding.
- Advising on the specifications, Bill of Quantities and drawings and • Suggesting on Value engineering and vendor list.
- Advising of any discrepancies in Contract documents for methods of measurements.
- Detecting Variations and Changes in the Contract documents and preparation of change order.
- Reviewing the subcontractor quotation and preparing a comparison report to finalize the subcontractor including all necessary negotiation.
