Job Title -Projects Customer Success Manager NEOM Jobs in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities :

  • Take responsibility for the execution of the professional services sales strategy and achievement of targets for all projects relevant to NEOM Projects Sector.
  • Implement sales strategy and account plans for NEOM Projects Sector, facilitate sales and business development efforts and engagements with NEOM Sectors.
  • Develop relationships with the region decision makers, including ongoing cadences to discuss business development opportunities.
  • Support Sectors and Departments Lead to establish a governance apparatus with relevant region’s stakeholders to review ongoing engagements.
  • Maintain account oversight across Advisory and Design and own NEOM Projects Sector sales pipeline and account planning activity
  • Support the Bid Management Lead in overseeing pitches/ proposals to NEOM Projects Sector, soliciting their requirements and preparing detailed technical proposals in coordination with Advisory and Design teams
  • Develop key understanding of client requirements, solutions deployed by clients and relevant PSU service offerings for clients
  • Define methodologies and timelines to acquire customer requirements in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with key NEOM Projects client stakeholders on a regular basis, incl. addressing issues and escalations
  • Prepare sales pipeline analysis, report key accounts / major losses and discuss account planning activity with The NEOM Sectors and Departments Customer Success Manager on a regular basis
  • Review commercial performance of NEOM Projects clients with Sectors and Departments Lead and the Head of Customer Success NEOM on a quarterly basis
  • Coordinate with engagement management and delivery-oriented departments (including advisory and external development vendors/partners) to design and customize client solutions, as needed
  • Pursue efforts to capture opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services to NEOM Projects Sector

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or relevant field. MBA would be an added advantage

Experience requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales focused on professional services and digital platform solutions in the KSA region
  • Proven experience in conflict management and addressing issues with speed and urgency
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives in previous work experiences

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including building long-lasting relationships with key clients, and maintaining relationships with suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Proven ability in managing sales opportunities from discovery to closure
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate across cross-functional teams and/ or departments
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to gather and use data to inform decisions
  • Understanding of the NEOM landscape to identify growth opportunities across the sectors and ability to develop innovative ideas that could disrupt the market

Qualifications:

  • Any of the below Certifications in Sales:
  • CISP (Certified Inside Sales Professional) or
  • CPSP (Certified Professional Salesperson)
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C- level
  • Demonstrated strengths in sales and business development for project-based opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting in the execution of strategic sales initiatives
