Senior Planning Engineer – Job Description

• Perform comprehensive Project Planning / Integrated Plan, Scheduling, Progress monitoring / reporting, Value of Work Done (VOWD), Critical Path Analysis, Risk Analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) A/ariance Analysis, Invoice Payment / Accruals / Verification, and reporting activities necessary to achieve the successful execution of the assigned Project(s) from initiation to close-out.

Senior Planning Engineer – Job Requirement

• B. Sc. or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline. Preferably Certified PMP or equivalent certifications/memberships
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project engineering with 5 years’ experience in planningof projects in Oil & Gas and/or Infrastructure related industries.
• Expert knowledge on all Planning, Scheduling and Cost Engineering activities including Schedule baseline, Work Breakdown Structure, Extension of Time (EOT) Analysis, Budget Phasing, Forecasting, Trend Analysis, Progress Monitoring / Reporting, Resource management, Risk analysis including Mitigation and Project Change Management etc.
• Should be a great team player.
• Should be proficient in spoken and written English.
• Should possess well developed analytical skills, very good knowledge of internationally accepted norms.
• Good computer skills and proficient user of PRIMAVERA (P6) / MS PROJECT planning software, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
