Job Title – Senior Project Controls Manager Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Managing application of specific project controls methods, techniques, and tools.

Having knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.
Being able to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
Being able to manage projects controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.

Being able to play a key role in multidisciplinary teams and take a lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
Managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and is responsible for staff development.
Having excellent written communication skills, clear and concise.

Staying up to date with key industry/professional trends.
Having depth knowledge of project controls tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, portfolio software, MS Project, PRA, Primavera P6).
Being able to provide effective and timely advice to clients.

Understanding of data management.
Understand the role and future career paths available from that position.
Having excellent attention to detail and being able to validate and check project controls inputs, recording and reports produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.

Managing assistant managers and managers where required by the scale of the project.
Persuading and influencing colleagues.
Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.

Satisfying customer requirements
Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.
Delegating tasks to others.

Selling the business and winning work.
Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences.
Spotting and developing talented individuals.

Educational requirements:

A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines, In addition to mandatory training courses: achieved professional qualification (e.g. APM, MSP. PPC etc), and having relevant CSCS Card.

10 + years of experience
