Job Title – Project Controls Director Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Demonstrating extensive experience, having managed several projects from start to finish.
Being responsible for managing senior-level customer relationships.
Having experience in managing complex projects across various industries and sectors.

Managing teams of professionals providing project control services on large projects or technical specialists recognised as an expert in their own area of expertise.
Being able to identify and analyse business risks – seeing problems early.
Setting up effective project controls systems and procedures.

Understanding of construction technology, planning, delivery, site logistics, commercial and legal/contract issues.
Having acknowledgement of Mace procedures by role.
Managing contract and commercial procedures;

Having attention to detail and being able to assure the project controls activity within the practice and provides meaningful, actionable insights.
Maintaining awareness of key tools available on the market in the project controls arena ensuring relevance/class leading offer provided by Mace.
Having the ability to engage, motivate and coach others. Acting as a role model and inspire and empower others.

Looking to the future to create and articulate a delivery vision.
Persuading and influencing colleagues
Building and leading high-performing teams – create the environment for the successful implementation of processes

Creating and delivering persuasive and engaging presentations to a wide range of audiences in our industry
Being competent to mentor and coach senior Ads.

Educational requirements:

A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines, in addition to mandatory training courses, you achieved Membership/Fellow/Certified Fellow status with one or more professional institutions, you may represent Mace on professional institution/industry-wide committees/boards etc. You have relevant CSCS.
