Job – Systems Integration Specialist

Job Description:

  • Solid CMIC ERP configuration knowledge covering (integrated, non-integrated) paths.
  • Act as functional lead and subject matter expert for the designated process areas to ensure that CMIC system works efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Acts as liaison with internal clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
  • Pro-actively provide business consultancy and collaborate with key business stakeholders in order to maximize system exploitation and optimize business solutions in the area of expertise within a minimal timeframe.
  • Lead the effort and work with the business users to identify functional as well as technical requirements, translate the requirements into design specifications and monitor the effects to ensure that requirements are met, tested and rolled out as per the initial plans.
  • Periodically organize system training programs for business users and pass the required knowledge to ensure high level of awareness and technical understanding among Group staff.
  • Assist in the coordination of the entire IT project lifecycle of business applications – including management of scope, business requirements, functional and technical specifications, testing, implementation, deployment and phase management; identifying and managing project related issues, risks and mitigating scope creep; ensuring that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives.
  • Coordinate CMIC enhancements, release patches, integration and support across the Group to ensure ultimate efficient operations and adoption of new functionality and features.
  • Maintain relationships with project stakeholders (i.e. system users, company management, and consultants), keeping stakeholders informed and manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
  • Be involved in other tasks: Define guidelines and best practices; Lead teams; Project Management; Planning and estimation; Architecture studies.
  • Work with department managers to implement process improvements to establish broad based technical direction.
  • Provide monthly metrics and performance/status reports to ensure visibility of status to wider organization.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation for the designated process area to ensure that all information is up-to-date and can be effortlessly accessed and immediately used by business users and/or relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

Education

BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field

Professional Work Experience:

  • 6+ years IT and construction business/industry work experience
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in project/program management, systems lifecycle management and enterprise application planning.
  • CMIC configuration experience with a proven track record of at least two (2) successful implementations and solid configuration knowledge covering (integrated, non-integrated) paths.

  • Very strong analytical and evaluative thinking, problem solving capabilities to changes in technical infrastructure and business requirements.
  • Expert in ERP implementation methodologies and use of tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and other collaboration tools.
  • Strong process orientation with significant attention to details and ability to resolve conflicts and complex issues.
