Technology and Data Audit Lead

Responsibilities:

• Understand the annual campaign plan for Masterbrand and master brand related campaigns (e.g.: national day, regional & international campaign)
• Support Campaign Manager to deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning top funnel virtual events, and measuring results
• Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders across central marketing for development and finalization of content and creatives for campaigns including Creative Key Visuals (landscape and portrait), Special Executions (Print & Video), Film Storyboard, PPM (pre-production meeting) booklet (including location, wardrobe, cast, etc..), Film Director’s interpretation, First Edit, Film Postproduction etc.
• Analyze existing marketing collateral; align with Campaign Sr. Manager and identify opportunities for content re-purposing; coordinate for developing required adaptations of the collaterals.
• Distribute creative marketing assets across media and social channels to ensure campaign execution timelines as per plan
• Coordinate all activities linked to release preparation and release of digital campaign activities
• Collate reports, campaign insights, and pacing toward the goal to be shared with stakeholders; Support the Campaign team to optimize the campaign and execute an updated campaign plan
• Analyze campaigns and collate a summary of campaign learning to be leveraged by the NEOM Marketing and Communications Community
• Set up project management tools and processes such as shared folders and project plans and ensure they are populated with updated content including reference material and presentations and the latest versions of design and artwork files

Educational requirements:

Experience requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, 1+ years of experience working in the Middle East, and experience in the application of risk-driven data analytics.
• Experience in auditing:  cyber security, data privacy, IT strategy, SAP and supporting infrastructure, change management, business resilience, cloud-based infrastructure, 3rd party providers, AI, asset management, large capital projects, and change programs enabled using technology.

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of one or more of NEOM’s core supporting business functions, including shared service operations, compliance, finance, legal, and IT.
• Some experience working in one or more of the following Industries: Technology, Utilities, Manufacturing, Financial Services, or Telecoms.
• Up to date with current internal audit practices, principles & procedures, corporate governance requirements and demonstratable ability to work in a fast paced, globally significant start up organization.
• Communication (written and oral), time management, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstratable experience in speaking, presenting, and written communication with key stakeholders.
• Self-starter and ability to manage time and meet deadlines with little supervision in a fast moving and multi-cultural organization.
• Knowledge of risk assessment models, auditing standards, and reporting procedures.
• Strong commitment to developing and growing knowledge of Internal Audit best practices and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• CIA/CFE/CISA certification and/or CPA/ACA etc. Professional accounting qualification.
• Additional Cyber Security, Information Security, Data Privacy, Data Analytics, or equivalent certifications.
