Job Description & Qualifications  :

What You’ll Be Doing

This role reports to the Design for Value Sr. Manager and rationalize the following through design development stages:

• Creating jobs and economic opportunities
• Reducing operational costs
• Attracting investment
• Enhancing product value.

Design Reviews – work collaboratively with the Design for Value through devising a dynamic scorecard with leavers impacting Prosperity values.

• Advising on the economic benefits of sustainable design by creating a common understanding how sustainable design can reduce costs, create new economic opportunities, and enhance product value.
• Rationalize strategic values through design development stages and engineering outcomes. – Identifying opportunities for resource conservation and efficiency by identify opportunities to minimize resource consumption and waste, and to increase energy efficiency, in order to reduce operating costs and improve competitiveness.
• Analyzing the economic feasibility of sustainable design solutions by conducting financial analysis to determine the costs and benefits of various sustainable design solutions, and will help the design make informed decisions about investments in sustainability.
• Communicating the economic benefits of sustainable design to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulators.
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and latest developments in sustainable design and the economic benefits of sustainability, in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Facilitating partnerships and collaborations by identifying and pursue partnerships and collaborations that can drive economic growth and sustainability, such as public-private partnerships and joint ventures.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with extensive design and construction experience. Preferably with Master’s degree in Engineering Management.
• 10+ years of Design & construction management experience on PMC Programs. Previous Middle East experience.
• MRICS with previous Life Cycle Cost Analysis experience.

• Collaboration skills: The consultant should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and should be able to facilitate the integration of prosperity values into the design process.
• Industry knowledge: The consultant should stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in sustainable design, and should be able to use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
