Accountant – Trade Finance – Job Description

• As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling accounts payables and receivables, issuing invoices, and updating financial data.
• You would prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions and ensure the accuracy and availability of financial records.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and yearly closings.
• You would Process Trade Bills to be sent to banks for negotiation.
• Follow up on Trade Bill’s discrepancies, acceptance, and payment.
• Process accounting data entries into the accounting system.

Accountant – Trade Finance – Job Requirement

• To be successful, you must have at least 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is a must.
• Having trade finance experience is a must.
