Job Title –ANALYST STRATEGY PLANNING Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Operational

Provide support and assistance to organizational units in the department with regard to
the preparation and development and modernization of institutional plans, vision and
values, in accordance with the adopted operational plans and programs
Review and assess the progress with the operational and developmental plans, in
coordination with the organizational units, to find the status of various departments in
achieving the corporate goal and to modernize the plan according to the changes and
Coordinate with the concerned organizational units to develop and document the
institutional and operational plans and policies, vision, mission, values, and others, in
accordance with the plans and work programs, and provide monthly and quarterly
analytical reports according to the institutional and operational performance indicators
(KPIs)

Contribute to the studies and research on the preparation, development and
modernization of the strategy and operational plans of the department and the
organizational units concerned, and involve in determining the extent of compliance
with the policies of the Department and develop appropriate solutions to address the
problems in the processes application, in order to develop, implement and maintain consistent strategy and operational plan
Follow the effective implementation of institutional plans and policies for the
organizational units, and evaluate the achievement of the objectives adopted, and also
make any relevant observations or recommendations to the Director of Strategy, to
enhance the plans and activities
Provide support and advice to organizational units that support the preparation and
development of manuals on institutional policies and planning, such as guide
institutional planning and related methodologies
Contribute to the preparation and development of a system to determine, document
and evaluate, the results of projects, plans, studies and researches in the section,
related to the institutional and operational planning, policy and institutional
performance indicators, for ease of reference, upon request
Follow-up results of analytical studies on the institutional and operational planning of
the organizational units and implementation phases, according to the
recommendations and proposals issued in this regard, as well as, to identify the
distortions and constraints that may be faced in implementation phases and raise any
comments about this to the Director of Strategy
Review the annual plans proposed by the organizational units, in accordance with
criteria approved and prepare the necessary reports
Propose to organize workshops and training programs for statistical analysis of the
indicators of strategic and operational planning, with regard to the institutional plan and
coordinate with the Department of Personnel and the organizational units concerned
Document plans in support of organizational units that fall within the responsibility
and analyze the prepared documents and the associated documentation, for ease of
reference and to access efficiently and quickly, as possible
Participate in committees, conferences and seminars in related fields and follow the
implementation of resolutions adopted, to work with high efficiency as mandated by the
Director of Strategy
Prepare and submit reports periodically (weekly and monthly) or when required about
the work, activities, achievements and performance, supported by complete data and
statistics revealing the difficulties encountered and solutions, in accordance with
related decisions issued in this concern, to the Director of Strategy for taking
necessary steps
Performa all the assigned tasks from the line manager with reliability, honesty, and
discretion

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering

Experience requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a custom environment.
