Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Planning
Support the Hydrogen and Green Fuels Executive Director in developing the department strategy and related strategic plans
Monitor and measure implementation of the departmental strategy and related strategic plans, ensuring that variances are addressed in a timely manner

Assets Developments

Manage the deployment of project resources, proactively managing project costs, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate review points to ensure effective utilization
Manage budget pipeline development and budget monitoring to ensure adherence to the preset budget and address modification in the following project tasks to compensate in case of over-spending
Establish and document project deliverables, plans, resources and benefits, including through meetings and stakeholder engagement as required, facilitating the development of the project from high level concept to achievable deliverables

Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
Monitor quality standards and practices and educate the team, as required, to consistently deliver on time and as expected
