Job Title – Associate Production Engineer Jobs in Oman

Responsibilities:

Perform the tasks as required by the Operations Support Manager in Muscat office, or the Field Operations team Lead if in the Field
understand the processes & requirements for ordering, purchasing, and tendering for equipment and services required for Production Operations

Discuss production problems with Ops daily – discuss production optimization / enhancement ideas.
Prepare periodic operational reports and summaries for management and investors as needed.
Provide basic level of engineering analysis and industry standards on equipment & services requirements for the Field • Assist in tracking the Key Performance Indicators of Production Operations Team

Provide technical analysis of results from the field for production enhancement & efficiency
Familiarity with the process of developing oil& gas assets
Participate in design reviews, HAZOPS, Hazard of surface facilities as applicable.

Prepare tenders, bid documents for services necessary for contracts run by production team
Work with facilities, process engineers and production supervisors on all surface related requirements.
Develop forecast of planned activities and material requirements

Economic thinking capabilities
Assist with work over team during work time to expedite the job.
Work with well head team and maintain good housekeeping of all well sites.

Assist with fabrication crew during well head hook up and expedite the job.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor degree in petroleum, mechanical or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in speaking and writing in English
Must be HSE conscious

Computer literate in Microsoft products: excel, word, PowerPoint
Willingness to work either a rotational field assignment and/or Muscat office assignment

Experience requirements:

Fresh graduated
