Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
• Strong interaction required with Design team while preparing the Production drawings to avoid any corrections/mistakes in the same.
• Ensure the Production drawings to be double to checked before issuing to the Production department.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Liaise with Main contractor/Project team/Production team to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Production related documentation, plans and reports.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Managing schedules, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes.
• Good in-depth knowledge about latest trends.
• Plan and organize team-building activities
• Good communication skills

Pre-requisites:

• BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Production field
• Preferred experience in Modular/Prefabricated bathrooms.
• Strong experience in BIM/Revit models
• Experience in dealing directly with sub-contractors and main contractors.
