Associate / Service Advisor – Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

The jobholder will be responsible for answering partner Enquiries Over Phone / Email.
The jobholder should have at least 1 year of experience in selling / retaining / servicing motor insurance in UAE. Insurance experience is mandate. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE.
The jobholder should follow OIC policy & Procedures, ensure Business targets and assigned Self targets are met & Partner Service is at the core of all interactions with members & non-members of OIC.

Employee shall be on contract basis which has the validity from 6 to 12 months and shall be renewed upon the performance of the process.
Help external partners to win / retain the business with OIC
Provide adequate support on daily partner transactions

Handle inbound calls and queries as per assigned Targets ( Genesys & CRM )
Any other assigned responsibilities are fulfilled on a day to day basis
Ensure OIC internal audit process is followed for all transactions

Provide the best discounts by following the guidelines for renewal business
Core focus should be to give best serivce for all partners
