Job Summary:
The role of Senior Service Advisor is responsible to take service department bookings ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements in an efficient manner. To develop and maintain a high degree of departmental and inter-departmental cooperation.
Job Specifications:
Required Educational Level: Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering Required Language: English or Arabic is an added advantage Required Years of Experience: More than 5 Years experience as a Service Advisor with dealers
Professional Knowledge:
Skills & Abilities: (Competencies) • Able to technically advise the juniors about complicated issues • Able to manage a team • Strong personality • Ability to work under pressure • Automotive dealer/distributor business processes • working knowledge of MS office • ERP skills • customer handling skills and good communication skills. • Receiving Customers: – Attend promptly and greet with a smile – Ask Questions and record customer requests without delay – Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at the workshop. – Empathize and clarify customer requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Repair Order: – Ensure an adequate number of Repair Orders as per the business flow. – Ensure proper explanation of the content of work in detail – Check workshop situation and promise delivery time. – Ensure providing proper cost estimate and delivery time to Customer. • Active Delivery: – Ensure keeping promised time to customers – Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed. – Inform customer after work completion and agree to pick up time. – Clear explanation of the job done and invoice and guide to the cashier. – Deliver the vehicle in person • Service Revenue Targets – Ensure achievement of given revenue targets – Promotion of value-added services • Customer Satisfaction: – Obtain high standards of Customer Service Values. Resolution of Customer concerns at the earliest time and ensures satisfaction. • Any additional task assigned by management
