Responsibilities:

Meets and greats Premium QR passengers on the curb-side and provide assistance with porter services.
Provides courteous and prompt service to passengers at all times, providing extra special care to “Especially Abled Passenger’s. ·

Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety.
Assist with manual transportation of luggage to the check-in counters.
Assist customer service agents with check-in activities.

Place luggage on scales and assist passengers with the check-in process.

Educational requirements:

High school.

Command of English language.
Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.

Experience requirements:

Up to 2 years of experience.
Previous experience as Bell Host in a hotel environment would be an advantage.
