- KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design, review and implement national competency training policies and procedures based on the Human Resources Law – Training Policy to ensure compliance with rules and regulations with government entities and work to update them whenever necessary
- Ensure the proper implementation of all leadership development plans for the purpose of succession planning, career path, individual development plans and talent development management in conjunction with the talent management department
- Designing and implementing the induction process for all new employees in the authority, in addition to allocating an induction program for the newly graduated national employees to ensure that everyone receives the necessary guidance and training to meet the expectations of their role and stability in the organization effectively, for example Bidayati programs
- Develop and proactively manage relationships with business partners in the field of Emiratization and government entities, through establishing links with various educational institutions by initiating MOUs and partnership contracts, working with different committees related to UAE nationals in RTA to meet their training requirements
- Ensure that the training impact of the training programs for UAE nationals competencies is measured
- Ensure the evaluation of training and development programs for national competencies and submit reports to ensure the effectiveness of training and provide recommendations and improvement plans
- Ensure the update of the learning management system and the quality of training inputs related to training statistics for the department, and ensuring the availability of a modern organized database
- Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate and when needed
- Contribute with training manager in designing RTA Training Centre’s Strategy and ensures implementation of training and sponsorship strategies
- Managing the design, development and implementation of training programs for the national competencies in the Authority, whether they are new graduates or those with previous experience
- Analyse the training needs of employees in the various organizational units with a focus on national employees to ensure the achievement of training indicators
- Ensuring the sustainability of training national competencies and providing them with guidance and Instructions in order to develop and maintain their skills
- Support the team members to achieve their career objectives and potentials by providing them with the needed development/coaching/empowerment & feedback
- Boost an innovation environment by running a structured performance breakthrough analysis, identifying gaps and come up with innovative solution
- Working with DGO Transformation office in executing and achieving RTA Agility training programs
- Managing the summer training program each year in coordination with universities, colleges and educational institutes
- Managing the internship and work placement training program in coordination with universities, colleges and educational institutes
- Managing RTA scholarship program from identifying the required skills needed to hiring scholarship students as permanent employees
- Executing Assessment centre operations in coordination with both Talent Management and Talent Acquisition team
- Representing RTA in Career fairs
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor in Business Administration / Human Resources from a recognized university
Experience requirements:
- 7 years of working experience,
