Client Services Executive – Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Client Services Executive will and required to act as the main point of contact for all administrative requests and policy servicing for the brokers assigned and ensure the requests are managed in co-ordination with the RM and other supporting departments in a timely manner.
- Manage the commercial and consumer renewal book for the respective brokers and ensure the renewals are handled from sending out the renewal invite to having the renewal policy issued within the turn-around times agreed.
- Obtain and review risk exposures, loss experience and current coverages from brokers at renewal and liaise with the respective departments the renewal terms are presented to broker accurately in a timely fashion.
- Provide proactive day-to-day services by anticipating and evaluating the broker/client needs and responding to broker questions and issues liaising with the support departments in person, over the phone or via email.
- Accountable for renewal retention through delivery of exceptional client service.
- Implement and maintain a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of policies, and other relevant documents that are issued to brokers/clients.
- Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure thorough understanding of the company’s credit policy and facilitate the collection process by following up on SOAs and Dunning Notices issued to brokers periodically.
- Facilitate administration of claims intimated by brokers & clients by liaising with the respective claims departments to avoid delays and ensure smooth settlement of claims.
- Escalates internal and external service concerns that clients may be experiencing to appropriate departments for action and prevention of further client impact.
- Produce and maintain necessary reports to monitor the performance of the brokers regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification, and Cert CII.
- Min. 5 years experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in English Language – Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong technical and computer skills (MS Office tools, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
