Job Title – Business Development Lead Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • To study the new market opportunities and look for better business revenues.
  • To develop the targeted customers for more business.
  • To identify key stakeholders at client’s place and schedule meetings with them and understand the requirement clearly at a macro level.
  • To suggest and provide the right kind of solutions and conduct technical presentations surveys along with presales & sales team and sound in IT Devices , ICT and Enterprise solutions (Network, security Server/Storage solutions).
  • To follow up with the customer until closure for the case and provide them the services as per their urgency.
  • To collect feedback and provide feedback to the client on a regular basis.
  • To establish a rapport and long-term relationship with the customers
  • Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
  • Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams.
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Preferably post graduate / Engineering Graduate
  • Sales certifications is a plus.

 

Experience requirements:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in ICT solution & services sales in UAE.

 

Desired Skills:

  • ICT Solution selling & account management 
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Note: Should have Valid UAE DL & Vehicle.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Learns quickly.
