Job Title – Brand Specialist – (2200001Y) Jobs in Al-Khuzama – Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Implement action plans to promote person-centered care in your area.
Follow all relevant unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to customers and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing and updating policies and procedures.

Coordinate with and support IT in the implementation of enhancements and improvements to systems and processes and resolution of system issues, if any.
Adhere to compliance with bylaws, rules, and regulations adopted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and by SGH.
Support the brand manager/supervisor in managing and enhancing the SGH brand or reputation in the public’s eye while ensuring uniformity and brand consistency.

Assess current brand management plans vis-a-vis SGH’s vision, mission, and objectives, detect gap areas and come up with an action plan that will help enhance and market SGH’s image.
Collect data related to customer insight and experience, assess the areas of unsatisfactory performance and draft action plans accordingly in order to refine SGH Brand.
Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility is consistent with SGH brand positioning.

Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among SGH departments, divisions, and external customers and divisions.
Assist in the development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
Work closely with the Branding and Communications team to interpret the internal business needs to work on the SGH brand that better feeds into SGH branding & communications strategy.

Plan and execute all elements in advertising, media, promotions, and owned/sponsored events from concept creation to execution to ensure the SGH brand is well recognizable and well-spread.
Work on appointing and evaluating agencies, preparing briefs, developing media plans, reviewing output, and evaluating agency performance.
Assist in designing, planning, and executing relevant sales promotion plans, campaigns, and activities.

Coordinate the efforts to develop long-term and annual marketing strategies by conducting ongoing research and benchmark analysis to ensure SGH is adopting the latest international trends in the branding/marketing industry in order to support the transformation journey of SGH.
Comply with all relevant health, patient safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, patient and family rights policies, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Provide person-centered care behavioral expectations in order to comply with SGH values.

Abide by CARE communication and service standards when interacting with other staff members or with patients and families.
Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet Branding requirements, policies, and standards.
Responsible for the confidentiality of information that they access or came across during their employment at SGH.

Maintain professional growth and development to keep abreast of the latest trend in work scope.
Attend CARE training sessions and other training as required.
Provide solutions to meet and exceed patients’ expectations.

Related Assignment
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the brand manager/supervisor.
Participate in hospital committees, task-force meetings, and other meetings as required.

Play an active role in Patient and Family Education depending on the patient’s needs.
Develop and implement action plans to promote person-centered care in your area. Person-centered care revolves around staff, patients and their families, and the community. At SGH, the person-centered care principles are summarized by the CARE (connect-assist-respect-explain) communication and service standards.
Abide by CARE communication and service standards when interacting with other staff members or with patients and families

Attend CARE training sessions and other training as required
Service recovery: offer options and solutions to meet and exceed patient’s expectations. Retaining patients and gaining their loyalty is a key part of your role.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (required), Master’s in Marketing (preferred)

Experience requirements:

Preferably previous marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
3 years experience in a related field.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
